1RN120 - Whip Antenna
The 1RN120 is a general purpose whip antenna. When mounted vertically it offers 360 degree uniform reception in the horizontal plane. Typically used for 24/7 monitoring of tag signals such as heart beat, duress alarm, tamper alarm, motion/vibration alarm and tag temperature over large areas.
The 1RN120 is a unity gain ground independent vertically polarized antenna. The antenna is suitable for concealed mounting within a partition wall (dry wall construction), and is suitable for outdoor wall or pole mounting and attaching to vehicles.
The antenna is supplied with 2.5 metre low loss 50 ohm coax cable with BNC female plug for connection to the Protrac range of RFID readers.

1rn350 - Patch Antenna
The 1RN350 is typically used for its unique directional properties which are ideal for access control, vehicle yard management, parking control systems, container monitoring, and most tracking and positioning solutions.
The 1RN350 is essentially a flat panel and can be mounted on any flat surface including metal indoors or outdoors, horizontally or vertically. The antenna is suitable for concealed mounting within a partition wall (dry wall construction), above acoustic ceiling tiles, behind wood panelling, glass or any other non-RF shielding materials. The antenna can also be painted with non-metallic paint.
The antenna is supplied with 1 metre low loss 50 ohm coax cable with BNC female plug for connection to the Protrac range of RFID readers. hemispheric nature with a larger than 15 dB front to back ratio.
